Janae & Joey Dean

Our family started Jiu Jitsu in 2013, under a Rigan Machado Black Belt in Denver Colorado. We were shown the philosophy and technique of Jean Jacques Machado BJJ when we started with our close friend David Werner in Jacksonville when my wife and I were both purple belts. Jiu Jitsu is a big part of our life and how we treat each other. As a family of jiu Jitsu practitioners and competitors, we are grateful to be able to join an association built on principles that align with building strong individuals and families. Being allowed to represent the Jean Jacques Machado philosophy of the Jiu Jitsu lifestyle to a new part of the country has been an honor.
